ACTO Omnichannel May 22nd, 2025 Production Release

These release notes are a consolidation of all the issues and enhancements from the May 22nd, 2025 Pre-Production release. Here are the details:

Mobile 

Enhancements (iOS)

  • Improved Learn navigation when switching between ActionPacks within the same Learning Set. 

Stability Fixes (iOS)

• Admin
  • Fix to prevent the homepage from freezing when the app is opened and the 3 dots are selected from the menu.

•  Learn
  • Fix to load quizzes automatically when the user navigates to an ActionPack.
  • Fix to load surveys automatically when the user navigates to an ActionPack.
  • Fix to load polls automatically when the user navigates to an ActionPack.
  • Fix to load digital signatures automatically when the user navigates to an ActionPack.
  • Fix to prevent lesson contents from automatically swiping.

• Events
  • Fix to maintain the input field in the Comments section of the Session details page.
  • Fix to navigate user/event manager to the Session details page when it’s selected from the speaker drawer.
  • Attachments in comments will display more clearly.

Enhancements

• Admin

  • Evaluation Form Response Report Enhancements:

    • The report now includes all scenario data records that are in “Pending Review” status, ensuring full visibility into scenarios awaiting evaluation.
    • Renamed the "Mentor" column to "Manager" in the Evaluation Form report and added a new "Mentors" column to display all mentors selected by the Manager during scenario deployment, improving clarity on deployment roles and mentor assignments.
    • Implemented contextual filters in Form Response Reports to display only relevant users, strategies, deployments, learning sets, and action packs based on the selected form—improving usability, consistency, and performance by reducing filter clutter and streamlining interactions.

• • • The following columns have been added to the report to enhance tracking and visibility of the scenario evaluation workflow:
      • Deployment/Assignment Date
      • Scenario Deployment Date
      • User Submission Date
      • Evaluation Date

• • ACTOverse Veeva Integration: Enables admin users to transfer large video files from Veeva to ACTO, ensuring they are processed correctly for seamless access and playback within the platform.
  • UI enhancements have been made including consistent display of the info icon with a tooltip ("Click to view details about the available update"), a new tooltip for missing data ("No data was received from Veeva"), and standardized ACTO date formatting across all synced fields.

•  Learn
  • Moved Learning Set and ActionPack feedback from the user management deployment details to the learning set cards on the Admin side. 

 Stability Fixes

• Admin
  
  • Fix to prevent team name from updating prior to saving any changes.

  • Resolved issues where version updates made via Veeva were not reflected in the application unless accompanied by other changes. Now, version-only updates sync and display correctly.

• Learn
  • Fix to remove feedback icon from Learning Sets when there are no feedbacks available.
  • Admins are now able to see all the content available for rearranging.
  • Fix to redirect Admins to the Learn page instead of the ActionPack Details page when they click the Back to Learn button in the Learn Duplication page.
  • Fix to enable more Collections to load when moving contents from the CMS, with the addition of a new search bar.
