ACTO Omnichannel April 10th, 2025 Pre-Production Release

These release notes are a consolidation of all the issues and enhancements from the April 10th, 2025 Pre-Production release. Here are the details:

Mobile 

 Stability Fixes

  • Admin
    • Fix to allow users to update their passwords.
  •  Learn
    • Fix to display the correct preview in a lesson when navigating to the next ActionPack.

Web

Enhancements

  • Admin
    • Files synced from Veeva into ACTO now include richer context around update triggers. Changes made on the Veeva side are more clearly explained, making it easier to understand what changed and why.
  •  Learn
    • Updated description formatting on the user side for added descriptions to better align with the formatting added on the Admin side. Previously there was less parity in appearance.
  • Events

    • Added tracking to identify non-server-related errors when they occur for polls in events, such as:

      • A connection issue on the client side (device).

      • Validation and front-end code errors.

      • Session expirations, e.g., logging out on different tabs/windows.

 Stability Fixes

  • Admin
    • Fix to prevent error messages when modifying competencies/behaviours when taking action in the form bulk competency page.
    • Fix to display questions for surveys and evaluations in the Bulk Competency page.
    • Bottom answer selections in single choice will no longer be auto selected when a quiz question option is deleted.
    • Fixes have been applied in User Management that will now allow correct management, deletion and/or re-assignment when updating users, teams and territories.
  • Learn
    •  Deleting an Actionpack will now take you back to the Learn landing page.
    • Actionpack name will no longer only update in the breadcrumb trail when the name is updated.
    • Alert message will now be displayed when trying to navigate to a removed resource or AP through a deep link. 
  • Coach
    • FCR - Fix to duplicate competencies for FCR and Assessment in duplicated questions.
    • FCR - Fix to prevent error messages from popping up when making changes to FCR question settings, by disabling these options until the question is added.
