ACTO Omnichannel December 18th, 2024 Production Release

These release notes are a consolidation of all the issues and enhancements from the December 18th, 2024 Production release. Here are the details:

Web

Enhancements

  • Admin 

    • CMS Enhancements: 

      • Sorting in Grid + List View: ascending, descending, start date/end date, date created/added

      • Save All button added when uploading resources.

      • Validation of duplicate resource names when uploading multiple resources.

  • Resources
    • Removed expansion arrows for resources and forms in the Competency Bulk Tagging page in the CMS when no content is present.
  • Coach
    • Certification Archival Added:

      • Ability to archive/unarchive certifications on the Admin side of coaching Certifications.

      • Archival status included in certification reports.

      • Changes to Certification cards to reflect Archived status on the Admin and User side.

      • Ability to filter through certifications by status (archived vs active) on the Admin and User side.

  • Events

    • Improved Poll formatting to better showcase poll results in presentation mode.

    • Alternative Question Views added providing Event Managers with the ability to showcase questions all at once or individually. Just click the single or multi button in the top right of the poll. See screenshot below for clarity.

Stability Fixes

  • Admin
    • Fix to display Save All button at all times while scrolling and uploading content page in the CMS.
    • Fix to allow Admins to edit Digital Signature forms from the Expiring Content page.
    • Fixes for the validation errors displayed below empty option fields of certain forms.
  •  Learn
    • Fix to ensure all relevant questions are display in the View Answers page and Attempt Logs when the Quiz Pool is enabled.
  • Coach
    • Field Coaching - FCR section titles will auto-save again when the Admin clicks outside of the text area.
  • Events
    • Removal of inapplicable data displayed in the Pre-Work Completion report when said information is unnecessary.
    • User can no longer click on submit button more than once after registering for an event.

    • Removal of irrelevant/inapplicable social media icons and buttons when the speaker for an event does not have them set up. 

    • Sessions past 100 count will now be displayed when adding or viewing sessions.

    • The total count of uploaded selected sessions will now update according to available sessions post deletion of said sessions. 

    • Managers can no longer add an audience member to sessions they have already been invited to.

    • Formatting and text fixes for registration card.

    • Audience list sorting will display in alphabetical order again.

    • Owner "View All" permission will work on all Event settings. 

    • Events with high session amounts will no longer hang up when adding or removing tracks. 

 

Mobile

Enhancements

  •  Learn
    • Fix to reset quiz attempts when a LS/AP is restarted in the Launchpad.
  • Events
    • Fix to polls results displayed to users in Session Details page and Polls section.
  • Coach
    • Certification Archival Added:

      • Changes to Certification cards to show archived status on the User side when archived.

      • Ability to filter through certifications by status (archived vs active) on the User side.

Stability Fixes

  • Events
    •  Loading session content will be smoother going forward.
    • Read more will be displayed always for poll questions where applicable.
    • Location url will now be hyperlinked even when no other venue details are added.
    • Place without urls will no longer be hyperlinked.
    • Place name will now be displayed on session cards.
    • Cursor will no longer be removed when hovering over the session comment box.
