ACTO Omnichannel October 30th, 2024 Production Release

These release notes are a consolidation of all the issues and enhancements from the October 30th, 2024 Production release. Here are the details:

Web

Enhancements

  • Admin 
    • New columns in the Expiring Content Report where any associated Learn/Collection pathways are outlined for expiring and expired resources/forms.
    • Updates to improve competency and behaviour selection and changes, across all competency panel and bulk competency tagging pages have been implemented.
  •  Learn

    • Competence: The ability has been added to tag quiz questions with role-based competencies and behaviours, individually and in bulk.

    • Confidence: A new ‘Confidence Check' setting has been added on a quiz question level, allowing Admins to require Learners to self-assess their confidence level. Learners will have an updated quiz UI to reflect questions with confidence checks, including the ability to review their submitted confidence ratings in the View Answers screen.

    • A new option has been added in all ActionPack lessons, where Admins can tag lessons with role-based competencies and behaviours.

    • A new field has been added in all ActionPack lessons, where Admins can add the time they expect Learners to spend on each lesson based on their contents.

  • Journeys
    • Introduced a new option for Admins, ‘Connect a node’, using which they can reconnect to a previous Journey node.

    •  Admins will now be able to sort the Journeys cards on My Journeys and Shared with me Tab on web.

      • Name Ascending

      • Name Descending

      • Date Ascending

      • Date Descending

Stability Fixes

  • Admin
    • Fixes for validation errors in CMS forms.
    • Fix to ensure Learn reminders are sent to the correct selected audience.
  • Reporting
    • Double spaces in names will no longer appear in reports. 

Mobile

Enhancements

  • Learn
    • (iOS) Learners will now have an updated quiz UI to reflect questions with confidence checks, including the ability to review their submitted confidence ratings in the View Answers screen.  Note: There is no iOS impacts related to Admins having the ability to tag quiz questions with role-based competencies and behaviours. 

Stability Fixes

  • Learn
    • Fix to ensure Learn quick access cards reflect all access points including via notifications.
    • Fix to resolve UI issues when creating notes.
    • Fix to display the most accurate expected time to users after the Admin edits the field in the quiz form.
    • Fix to deliver push notifications to users when they’re deployed Learn content.
    • Fix to display the most accurate number of attempts to users after the Admin edits the field in the quiz form.
  •  Events
    • Fix to not allow Event Managers to add already existing audience members to the same session again.
    • Fix to deliver push notifications to event managers when they’re assigned Events.
    • Fix to deliver push notifications to audience when event managers add them to sessions.
    • Fix to deliver push notifications to session audience when event managers start a poll.
    • Fix to allow session audience to review entire poll questions and options before and after submission.
    • Change in text for registration form alert to clearly outline what is outstanding to register for an event.
