ACTO Omnichannel June 13th, 2024 Pre-Production Release

These release notes are a consolidation of all the issues and enhancements from the June 13th, 2024 Pre-Production release. Here are the details:

Web

Enhancements

• Present
  • Change to prevent users from adding expired resources to presentations, and accessing the expired resources in full screen.

Stability Fixes

• Admin
  • Fix for the confirmation pop-up that allows admins to move folders within the CMS.

•  Events
  • Fix to prevent sessions linked to polls from being changed to break sessions.

  • Performance improvements for events with a large number of users who are submitting polls. Will no longer hang at 500 people (Note: performance may still be affected at plus 1000 users).

  • Fix to allow users to search through the Attendees list within the My Events tab.

  • View answers will now match the quiz display to maintain users question-option selections for matching type questions.

    • Change to prevent users from adding expired resources to presentations, and accessing the expired resources in full screen.

Stability Fixes

• Learn
  • Fix to navigate users to a deployed Learning Set when they select the corresponding link in the email notification.
  • Fix to remove the Complete Lesson button on ActionPack steps that are not lessons.

• Events
  • Hyperlinked venues will appear again on session details pages.
