ACTO Omnichannel May 29th, 2024 Production Release

These release notes are a consolidation of all the issues and enhancements from the May 29th, 2024 Production release. Here are the details:

Web

Enhancements

• Admin
  • Expired Content feature has been added to Omnichannel. This feature includes the following:
    • An Expiring Content banner and page in the Content Management capability from where Admins can review and manage resources and forms that have expired and are expiring within 30 days.

    • A new info option for each resource and form to allow Admins to review resource/form usage across capabilities.

    •  A new Content Management section within the Notifications Settings with email settings for expired and expiring content.

    • Alert indication on expired resources everywhere the resource is found on the Admin and User side.

    • Removed user access to expired resources with an alert message. Please note: This will not apply to expired forms.

• • Added a new Notification setting at level for Certifications for disabling the Certifications completion email In app notification to the Reps.

• Report 

  • Added the following columns to User Field Coaching Pull-through Report:

    • Pull-through previous deployed to user Column.

      • Comments.

  • Added 'Session Name' in User Field Coaching Report and User Field Coaching Pull-through Report.
  • Added 'FIELD COACHING REPORT SUBMISSION TIMESTAMP' in User Field Coaching Report.

•  Coach 
  • Certifications: Additional Certification Filters for Managers have been added based on

    Certification (title), User, Start Date, Status.

  • Scenarios: Additional Scenario Filters for Managers based on Scenario (title), Users, Date Range, Status.
  • Field Coaching: Start FCR > Managers will now be able to select the FCR Session Date up to 90 days in past and future.
  • Field Coaching - "i" icon for for FCR downloading permission in FCR setting.
  • Field Coaching - Added ‘Submitted On’ column in FCR page for Managers.
  • Certifications -Section area will now be open by default for Managers when looking at a coaching forms.
  • Scenarios - Added a View button in Scenario email notification for Reps (when Scenario is started by their Managers). Reps can click this view button and navigate to the Scenario. 
  • Scenarios - Rename ‘Created on’ to ‘Started On’ on the Scenarios cards for Managers.

• Events 
  • Performance improvements to features within the Events capability, including polling, have taken place to better support events with a large number of attendees and sessions.

• Resources 
  • Reps are now able to Manage (Edit and Delete) email contacts when they share resources through email.

Stability Fixes

• Admin
  • Fix to redisplay relevant strategies and their associated deployments/assignments to all admins and roles with Launchpad View and stakeholder permissions.
  • Fix to filter available audience lists based on the admin/stakeholders place in the team hierarchy.

•  Learn
  • All of a user’s selected responses for multiple-choice questions in surveys will now be displayed.

Stability Fixes

• Admin
  • Fix to remove the blank list displayed when a user clicks the three dots in messages between only two people.

•  Learn
  • Fix to remove displayed navigation buttons when there is only a single SCORM in the row of a Lesson.

•  Events
  • Send Reminder button will no longer be incorrectly displayed within the Attendees list of the My Events tab.
  • Poll results will now display in real-time to Event Managers within the Poll section of Events.
  • Poll pop-ups will again display in real-time on the associated Session details pages when an Event Manager starts or re-opens the polls.
  • Event Managers can again manage a session audience even in session with multiple speakers.
  • App will no longer crash when a user attempts to navigate to a speaker’s linked social media.
  • Fix to show accurate poll submission statuses for users in events.
  • Registration status will again update in real-time in the Attendees list.
