ACTO Omnichannel January 25th, 2024 Production Release

These release notes are a consolidation of all the issues and enhancements from the January 25th, 2024 Production release. Here are the details:

Announcements:

• Android App for Omnichannel will no longer be supported. If you need to visit Omnichannel on Android Mobile, simply go to your browser and type in your company domain (yourcompanyname.acto.com) to go through the login process. Android users will receive the following message when they access the App.

Enhancements

• Coach Enhancements
  • Field Coaching - Increased character limit to accommodate max 5000 characters for FCR Rating question and their answer options. 
  • Field Coaching - Increased character limit to accommodate max 5000 characters for Evaluation Description "i" icon for FCR.
  • Certifications - Admin will now be able to click on the Certification sections and navigate to a particular section in the Certification Assessment form in CMS.
  • Field Coaching - Removed ‘Next Section’ button on the last section of the FCR, when the Manager is conducting the Field Coaching with the Rep. As the Manager is already on the last section in the FCR form there is no next section hence the button was removed since it is redundant. 

• Events Enhancements

  • Ability added for all participants to see the full list of the group audience after group creation which includes the following:

    • Email notification setting for Event Managers to give the option to also send an email notification when sending a message (only applicable to event messages for now).

    • Delete option for Event Managers to delete a created message group (only applicable to event messages for now).

    • Delete option for any participant to delete their own messages (only applicable to web for now).

Stability Fixes

• Learn
  • Fixed pagination issue when the user shares the resources via email, users will now be able to scroll past alphabet 'J'.

• Events
  • Fix applied to resolve duplications of alert messages shown to users when a poll is closed.
