ACTO Omnichannel December 13th, 2023 Production Release

These release notes are a consolidation of all the issues and enhancements from the December 13th, 2023 Production release. Here are the details:

Web

Enhancements

  • Admin Enhancements

    • Update has been made to button navigation when administrators or users search and view resources in full screen to make navigating to the previous page easier (search results page).

    • Update has been made to hide the breadcrumb menu when administrators and users search and view resources in full screen. Please note only breadcrumb menus for resources accessed via search will be hidden.

  • Reporting Enhancements
    • Pre-Work Completion Report
      • ‘Survey Comments’ column has been changed to 'Survey Status.

      • To reduce complexity and make the data readable, the Survey Status column, for each row/user, will display either ‘Response Pending’ for surveys that have not been complete, or 'Submitted’ for surveys that have been completed.

      • Please Note: Survey comments were removed from this report as they were not clear or concise, especially for Pre-work that contained multiple surveys and survey questions. Detailed survey data will remain available in the Survey Report.
  • Coach Enhancements
    • Certifications - "Started On" date on Certification cards will be displayed in Date Descending order to the Manager.
  • Learn Enhancements
    • Ability added to add answer explanations for Single Choice, Multiple Choice and True/False question types.
  • Events Enhancements
    • A new download icon has been added in the Event’s Agenda, that allows Admins to export the full list of sessions, and re-upload them to future/new events.

  • Administrators - Polls

    • The ability to link polls to event sessions via a new Polls section has been added.

    • There is a New Poll Report for events that captures all the poll results available across multiple sessions.

  • Event Managers - Polls

    • Polls section added in the Manage Events tab where polls…

      • Linked to sessions are organized by date, session name and time.

      • Questions and answer options can be viewed and polls can be managed.

      • Can be started/launched to session audience in real-time.

      • Results can be reviewed and are updated in real-time.

  • Session Audience/Users - Polls

    • Access to started polls in pop-up format in corresponding session detail pages and a Polls section within the My Events tab.

    • Push and in-app notifications for started polls.

    • Real-time access to poll results and updates.

      • Please note that poll results will only available to users for poll forms where the 'Poll results at the end' setting has been enabled.

  • Journeys Enhancements
    • A timer has now been implemented in the loading screen when waiting longer than 30 seconds for standalone form content, a refresh button has been added to allow the user to pull in the latest data. 

Stability Fixes

  • Admin
    • Admins will again be able to record audio while their camera is off when they upload a screen recording video type resource in CMS.
    • Fix to disable the delete option in the Polls, Digital Signatures and Registration forms menu, and hide the delete button in the forms, when they are linked to content.
    • Fix for duplication of ‘Add New Field' button for multiple choice quiz questions.
  • Reporting

    • Minor text update to the Manager Report.

      Old: Risk of Incompletion

      New: Risk of Completion

    • Risk of Completion formula has been corrected to accurately provide a risk assessment.
  • Learn
    • Checkboxes will no longer be unresponsive when selecting correct answers for multiple choice questions.
    • Survey submissions are allowed again after only completing mandatory questions, and not completing optional questions.
  • Coach
    • Certifications - Admin will be able to update Certificate name from "more options" and/or from the form wizard once again. 
    • Certifications - Assessment form will no longer be visible to the user if Admin has not enabled 'Display completed form/ permission for the Certificate.

  • Learn Enhancements
    • Ability added to add answer explanations for Single Choice, Multiple Choice and True/False question types.

Stability Fixes

  • Learn
    • Fix to navigate users automatically to the next topic, when the previous one is completed has been implemented.
  • Journeys
    • The text on the Survey Popup and Go to Journey buttons will display correctly.
