ACTO Omnichannel August 30th, 2023 Production Release

These release notes are a consolidation of all the issues and enhancements from the August 30th, 2023 Production release. Here are the details:

Web

Enhancements

• Admin
  • Learning Set Archiving and Unarchiving

    • Archive Learning Sets and ActionPacks: Administrators can now easily archive Learning Sets and ActionPacks that are no longer actively used or relevant. 

• • • •  Unarchive Learning Sets and Actionpacks: Simply click the three dots to bring up the same menu pictured above and unarchive.

  • A new tab has been added in Launchpad Deployment Wizard in which will display the various notifications that can be enabled by the Admin for the specific deployment. Previously they were displayed in the first step of the wizard. 

• Coach
  

  • Field Coaching - Ability for Managers and Users to comment on Field Coaching Reports on iPhone, iPad.

    • A new permission has been added for the Admins in the Field Coaching Report wizard > Essentials section. Using this you can set Comment permissions for individual FCRs.

• • • Managers and users can comment on any type of FCR (section wise, all in one, Ack Required).

    •  Managers and Users will receive email and inApp notifications when they have received a comment.

    • Managers will be able to download the Field Coaching Report through more options along with the comments.

    • Ability for Managers to comment through More options.

    • New comments indications via a red dot on the comments button when a new comment is posted by the user.

  • Field Coaching - Taxonomies added.

    • Taxonomy - Ability for Managers to rename Field Coaching and Field Coaching Report labels to the Custom label of their choice. These custom label(s) will replace Field. Coaching and Field Coaching Report labels throughout the app on all tools and features on web and mobile platforms.

    • Notification Settings - Ability for Admins to disable email and Push notifications that are sent out to the user upon completion of a Field Coaching Report by their Managers.

    • Admin Permission - A new permission is added in the user settings in Field Coaching Report wizard using which, Admins can choose to either display/or not display the completed Field Coaching Report from the users.

  • Updated French and Spanish terms to proper translations. 

Stability Fixes

• Admin
  • German translation errors have been corrected and previously untranslated text has been translated.
  • Added missing tooltips for User Management icons in the Users tab.
  • Formatting has been corrected for text cut mid-sentence in the Clinical Data and Products capabilities.
  • German grammar has been corrected for two buttons in the Products capability.
  • Users can now be added and deployed to on a Scheduled deployment after the date has passed. 

• Learn
  • All the Actionpacks marked as template will now be visible on the list of Actionpacks visible when "choose from templates" is clicked.
  • "Back To Lesson" button added to  navigate users and admins to the previous page after viewing a resource in full screen via Lessons, Collections and CMS folders.
  • Breadcrumb to resources in Learn, Resources and CMS (admin side) will now display the correct path of navigation.
  • Translation updates for German words across multiple capabilities.
• Coach
  • Field Coaching - Updated FCR label to Field Coaching Report on Admin wizard.
  • Field Coaching - Users will no longer be able to navigate to the completed FCRs through Notes when Admin disables ‘Display completed Field Coaching Report’.
  • Field Coaching - "Allow comments for field coaching report" permission will now be updated in the wizard when creating a field coaching for the first time.
  • Field Coaching - Multiple choice question responses will now be captured accurately.
  • Field Coaching - X icon will no longer overlap with text when submitting a FCR. 
  • Field Coaching - Spacing between Acknowledgment and Exit button has been corrected. 
  • Field Coaching - Users will no longer be able to comment on the FCR if the Admin has not set the Permissions to do so.
  • Field Coaching - Users will no longer be able to navigate to completed FCR through In app notification if the Admin has not set the Permissions to do so.
  • Field Coaching - Users will no longer be able to navigate to completed FCR through Email notification if the Admin has not set the Permissions to do so.
  • Field Coaching - Italian translation for ‘Acknowledgment Required’ has been corrected.

• Events
  • Missing Attendees card restored under the My Events tab for users.

  • Checkbox and thumbnail misalignment has been corrected. 
  • … dots have been added at the end of longer resource names.

Mobile (Android and iOS)

Enhancements

• Coach Enhancements
  • Field Coaching - Comments in all question types in the FCR do not collapse and are always open so that Manager can view them when reviewing the FCR. (iOS)
  • Field Coaching - Ability for Managers and Users to comment on Field Coaching Reports on iPhone, iPad. (iOS)

    • Managers and users can comment on any type of FCR (section wise, all in one, Ack Required). (iOS)

    • Managers and Users will receive email and inApp notifications when they have received a comment. (iOS)

  • Field Coaching - Custom labels for Field Coaching and Field Coaching Report will be displayed throughout the app to all users.

  • Field Coaching - Based on the notification setting set by the Admin.

    • Users will/will not receive email and push notifications for completed FCRs.

    • Completed FCRs will/will not be displayed to the user.

• Present Enhancements
  • Offline mode for Present is now available and will be included if you have Offline mode and Present active on your domain. (iOS)

Stability Fixes

• Admin
  • German translation errors have been solved and translations of previously untranslated text have been applied. (iOS)
  • Notes will now save when the save button is pressed. (Android)

• Learn
  • Spelling correction from Key Takeaway to Key Takeaways. (iOS)
  • Users will now not be able to enter same email address multiple times when sharing a resource through email. (iOS)

• Coach
  • Field Coaching - Fixed ‘Read More’ alignment on start field coaching page that was displayed to the Managers. (iOS)
  • Field Coaching - Managers will see "Successfully Completed" when FCR is submitted for the user. This is to keep uniformity between web and mobile pop up message. (iOS)
  • Field Coaching - Read More’ is removed from single type questions that have complete visibility to the Managers. Read more is intended to be used when the question or answer text does not fits the text area/box. (iOS)
  • App will no longer crash when opened on iOS 13. (iOS)
  • Scenarios - Accurate scenario creation date will be displayed to the Proctors on the scenario cards. (iOS)
  • Certification - Certification Assessment form will be displayed to the user when they tap on the form through Search. (iOS)
  • Field Coaching - Updated message in iPad to display "Field Coaching Successfully Started" to match the web and iPhone pop up message when starting a Field Coaching. (iOS)
  • Field Coaching - User scroll will no longer scroll into an empty space. (iOS) 
  • Field Coaching - Users will no longer be able to see the completed FCRs (when the Admin chooses not to show them in the FCR permissions).
  • Field Coaching - Field Coaching custom label will no longer overlap with with the Search icon. (iOS)
  • Field Coaching - Field Coaching custom label will now be displayed in "More Info". (iOS)
  • Field Coaching - Field Coaching custom label will now be displayed in "Favourites". (iOS)
