ACTO Omnichannel July 13th, 2023 Pre-Production Release

These release notes are a consolidation of all the issues and enhancements from the July 13th, 2023 Pre-Production release. Here are the details:

Web

Enhancements

• Reporting Enhancements
  • User and Team Level Embedded Reports: A "Date Range"picker has been added so Admins / Managers can select a date range for deployments or assignments and filter out data. Default is set to the last 60 days.
    

• Events Enhancements
  • Event and Session wizards have been updated to pop-ups, in order to reduce the number of steps needed to create events and agenda sessions, and improve authoring and user experience.

Stability Fixes

• Reporting
  • Month titles in Learning and Engagement Analytics graphs will now be translated from English to German when the language is set to German.
  • Learning Reports and Resource Interactions Report will no longer have a time spent discrepancy.

• Admin
  • "Medical Device" and "Drug" will now be translated from English to German when the language is set to German.
  • Strategy Types will now be translated in Launchpad from English to German when the language is set to German.

• Learn
  • Breadcrumb to resources in Learn, Resources and CMS (admin side) will now display the correct path of navigation.

Mobile (Android and iOS)

Stability Fixes

• Coach
  • Scenario - While previewing the coaching scenario message, the Manager will now be navigated to the latest coaching scenario message. (iOS)
  • Scenario - Keyboard on iPhone will no longer overlap the coaching scenario message. (iOS)
  • Scenario - Complete coaching scenario comments will now be displayed to the Manager. (iOS)
  • Field Coaching - When a comment cannot be sent, the text displayed has now been changed to "Please enter a valid message". (iOS)

• Present
  • German translation for validation error message in Present "The requested record could not be found be found" has been implemented when selected language is German. (iOS)
