How to Log in to ACTO
ACTO is available on iOS or Android devices and your computer web browser. If you use a computer to log in, please use Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox for the best experience.
Please note that ACTO's administrative backend can only be accessed on a computer via a web browser (Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox). User mode is available on both mobile and web.
From a Mobile Device
Download the ACTO app from the App Store or from Google Play Store (Search for ACTO and download the ACTO Omnichannel app).
Open the app and select Login.
Enter your company name and click Next. Generally, companyname.acto.com will be the URL used to log into ACTO (If you don't know your domain URL, please reach out to your learning administrator or send an email to support@actoapp.com).
You may also log in using single sign-on if it is enabled on your company domain.
Your company name and other important account details can be found in your Welcome to ACTO email.
From a Computer
Open either Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.
Type your company's ACTO URL, companyname.acto.com, in the address bar of the browser.
Select Login With Email. You may also log in using single sign-on if it is enabled on your domain.
Enter your email address and create a password. Your company name and other important account details can be found in your Welcome to ACTO email.
