ACTO Omnichannel March 9th, 2023 Pre-Production Release

These release notes are a consolidation of all the issues and enhancements from the March 9th, Pre-Production 2023 release. Here are the details:

Web

Stability Fixes

  • Admin
    • When deleting a folder in the Content Management System, Forms linked to content (ActionPack, Coaching Scenario, FCR, Event, etc.) will now remain and all other content will be removed. 
    • When a Form is linked to content you will now be unable to delete it unless you unlink it from the content. 
    • When tags are applied in a search, it will now no longer pull the previous search results as well.
  • Reporting
    • Average Time Spent and Total Time Spent will no longer be the same amount of time and will represent their individual values. 
    • Time Spent will now be recorded properly in the User Resource Consumption Report and Resource Consumption Report when a video in a collection is clicked on but not played.
    • The timer for a quiz to stop recording Time Spent and enter an idle state when the user is idle is now 60 seconds.
    • Last Reviewed By / Last Reviewed Date will now display correctly in the User Status Report.

Mobile (Android and iOS)

Enhancements

  • Reporting Enhancements
    • Time Spent will now no longer be tracked if a video is paused and the user is idle on the page.
    • Time Spent will now no longer be tracked during a quiz if the user is idle on the page.
    • Time Spent will now no longer be tracked during a quiz if the user switches to a different app during the quiz. 
    • Time Spent will now be updated in quizzes anytime a user submits an answer and moves on to the next question.
    • Time Spent will no longer stop recording when a video is put into full-screen mode.
  • Learn Enhancements
    • When exiting a quiz before the attempt is complete, there will now be a warning message informing the user that leaving will end the attempt early and it will be submitted.

Stability Fixes

  • Reporting
    • Time Spent will now be recorded on quizzes taken using an Android device.
  • Learn
    • Users will now be able to view Word document text in PDF mode.
    • Longer Actionpacks lessons will no longer be cut off on mobile.
  • Coach
    • Certifications - Evaluation description will now be displayed in Resources upon clicking the 'i' icon.
