Enhancements
- Admin Enhancements
- Ability to send Learn Reminders has been added to Omnichannel. Through clicking the 3 dots (...) as shown in the screenshot below you can draft and send a custom email (similar to welcome reminders), reminding users who have not completed their content to complete it. The filter allows for 3 options, “All” (the entire audience of the deployment), “Not Started” (those who have no completion in the Learning Set) and “Not Completed” (those who have started but not completed the Learning Set). Note: this was originally released to production Dec 21st, 2022. We have since released it to Pre-Production as well for parity purposes.
- Admins can now create Custom Fields for Learning Sets, Collections, Resources and ActionPacks from the sidebar under Setup → “Object Management” tab and selecting “Custom Fields” from the kebab menu on the right.
- Once the Custom Field is setup you can then see it represented in the setup wizard of the respective item types (Learning Set, Collections, Resources and Actionpacks)
- Reporting Enhancements
- Added 2 columns (Content received? and Comments) to provide additional information about the deployed content in the deployment report.
- Coach Enhancements
- Scenario - Added a circle next to the “All” tab on Scenario details page to display the total number of users who are part of that Scenario, this is to keep the UI consistent with the other tabs that already display the total number of users in the respective status.
- Certifications -Added a circle next to All tab on Certification details page to display the total number of users who are part of that Certification, this is to keep the UI consistent with the other tabs that already display the total number of users in the respective status.
