ACTO Omnichannel February 8th, 2023 Pre-Production Release

 

This release notes is a consolidation of all the issues and enhancements from the February 8th, 2023 release. Here are the details:

 

Web

Enhancements

  • Reporting Enhancements
    • Events Leaderboard will have a new “Team View” wherein Users, Admin and Event Managers can view the Events Leaderboard by Teams in addition to usual Users View.

  • Coach Enhancements
    • Certifications - Updated ‘My Files’ to ‘My Certifications’ on Admins Certification landing page.
    • Scenarios - Updated how Mentors name was displayed to keep it inconsistent with the username display on start conversation summary view screen in order to differentiate them.
    • Field Coaching - Ability added for Proctors to remove multiple users from FCRs through the FCR cards.
    • Field Coaching - Ability for Proctors to remove multiple users from FCRs from My Teams tab.

 

Stability Fixes

  • Admin
    • When a folder is deleted, not only are the resources removed from Content Management, but they are also now removed from all content (ActionPacks, Collections, etc.) they are linked to. This ensures that resources that have been deleted are no longer available to users.
    • Users who were not receiving  password reset emails will receive it now.
    • Users will now receive verification emails, irrespective of the number of times they try to verify themselves on ACTO omni-channel platform.
  • Reporting
    • The Detailed Quiz Report, which is scheduled to run weekly, will now only run weekly (not on every weekday anymore).
  • Coach
    • Scenario - User count  icon was elliptical which has been fixed to be displayed as a circle. 
    • Scenario - Circle displaying the User names and Mentor names have been made consistent on the start conversation summary view screen.
    • Field Coaching - Username was wrapping in the circle in the FC details page, this will no longer happen. 
    • Scenario - The ‘Submit Response' button was enabled for the user, even after the Proctor approved the users scenarios response. As a fix the 'Submit Response’ button will be disabled after the users response has been Approved by the Proctor.
  • Learn
    • All ActionPacks can now be saved as templates.  Existing templates are also now displayed in alphabetical order, and the available templates are displayed when the admin navigates to the corresponding pages. 
  • Present
    • Clinical Papers in shared Presentation will now open.

 

Mobile (Android and iOS)

Enhancements

  • Admin
    • Users will be able to install pre-prod and prod mobile applications in the same device.
    • Users will no longer be seeing the static search content in the production domain.
  • Coach
    • Users will be able to upload coaching scenario response video from their devices. Note: iOS already has this function, this update is for Android.
