ACTO Omnichannel January 25th, 2023 Production Release

These release notes are a consolidation of all the issues and enhancements from the January 25th, 2023 release. Here are the details:

Web

Enhancements

  • Reporting Enhancements
    • Admins will now be able to always see the Status column, Download column and the three dots (...) Column, while scrolling horizontally through the reports page.
    • Text change: Column “Reporting Type“ will now be called “Report Type”.
  • Coach Enhancements
    • Proctors will be now able to see a ‘User Removed’ pop up message when they remove a user from  Field Coaching.

Stability Fixes

  • Admin
    • The search results will no longer show duplicates results.
  • Reporting
    • Records in the Aggregated Quiz Report should no longer be duplicated for the same combination of learning set, action pack, quiz and user. If we have two different action packs, with the same quiz selected, the Aggregated Quiz Report will now show two separate records of two different quiz attempts. 
    •  “Select” button under “select folder” will now be active at all times once a folder is clicked upon.
    • The scheduled reports wizard now correctly shows an “Update” button instead of “Save” when an admin tries to update the Stakeholder information in an existing Scheduled report. 
    • Clicking on the breadcrumb trail in the schedule reports section will no longer directly navigate to the Reports landing page, it will take you to the previous page/selection. 
    • The last activity date will now only get updated if the user has interacted with the Learning Set.
    • An issue with Action Pack filter has been resolved where now an admin will be able to Search for a specific action pack that they want to apply a filter for to pull the Aggregated Action Pack Report.

    • First and last access fields in the Learning Report for Quizzes will now be visible.
  • Learn
    • Extra spacing in ActionPack descriptions removed on the Admin and User side, and left alignment of text implemented. 
    • Text now displayed on resource cards is the exact same as what has been entered in the resource name field, and identical to how the resource name was always displayed in the resource details page. Note: The fix has also been applied to forms to maintain consistency. 
  • Present
    • Clinical Papers in the Presentation tool, when shared, will now open when clicked on.
